To address this, RPSG deployed ESRI’s GeoEvent Processor, a tool that provides real-time data streaming and spatial analytics. This solution allowed the organization to ingest, analyze, and showcase live data feeds from various sources and in different formats.

RPSG processed several types of APIs, including weather APIs, traffic data APIs, and emergency service APIs. Using GeoEvent's capabilities, they were able to seamlessly integrate these disparate data sources into a single, cohesive system.

ESRI GeoEvent Processor also allowed for real-time data manipulation and analysis. By creating specific geo-event definitions and data filters, RPSG could capture and display the most critical information for decision-makers. The system was set up to trigger alerts when specific events or conditions occurred, further enhancing the fire department's responsiveness.

To ensure the data was user-friendly and actionable, RPSG built an operational dashboard using ESRI's Operations Dashboard. This solution provides a configurable, intuitive interface that allows users to visualize and interact with the data. The dashboard displayed real-time updates on fire incidents, weather conditions, traffic data, and emergency service availability. It provided visual cues, maps, and charts for easy interpretation of data and decision making.
